Where the harbour meets home comforts.
A newly refurbished boutique B&B in New Quay - bringing relaxed coastal comfort, thoughtful modern touches, and Cardigan Bay’s dolphins as neighbours.
Perfect for couples, friends, and anyone ready to slow down by the sea — dogs not just tolerated, genuinely welcomed.
New Quay, Ceredigion · Wales · Hosted by Jane & Maddy
A fresh take on the seaside B&B.
Futurity is something a little different for New Quay. Behind the doors of a beautifully refurbished coastal home, you'll find the things that make a stay genuinely comfortable — orthopaedic mattresses, smart TVs, mini fridges, proper climate control — wrapped up in the warmth of a family-run B&B.
Wander down to the harbour for dolphin-watching, fish and chips on the sea wall, or a pint as the sun goes down. Then come home to free parking, a quiet garden, and a bed you'll genuinely look forward to.
When you’re ready to explore, New Quay’s harbour, beaches and Cardigan Bay’s famous bottlenose dolphins are only a short walk away.

Maddy’s Room

Close to everything. Cardigan Bay on your doorstep.
Futurity sits within easy reach of New Quay's harbour, beaches, cafés and dolphin-watching boat trips — close enough to wander down for the day, with the comfort of private parking waiting when you return.
New Quay is one of the best places in Britain to see bottlenose dolphins, which visit the harbour regularly between April and November. For days exploring further, Aberaeron, Llangrannog, Cwmtydu and the wider Cardigan Bay coastline are all an easy drive away.
Bring the Dog. Seriously, bring the dog.
Futurity is run under the watchful eye of Maddy - my four legged companion. Futurity is genuinely dog friendly — not just in the "we'll tolerate your dog" sense, but in the way that actually matters. One dog stays free of charge in every room, and I’ve thought about what makes a stay comfortable for them too.
Each bedroom comes with a dedicated dog towel, a medium dog bed, and a little bag of treats waiting on arrival. Dogs are welcome in the garden, and New Quay's coastal paths and harbour are just a short walk away — perfect for blowing off some energy before settling in for the evening.
I just ask that dogs are kept on leads in all shared areas, and that owners help me keep the garden tidy — there's a clearly labelled waste bin at the rear of the property for exactly that.
Travelling with more than one dog? Just give me a call or drop me a WhatsApp before you book — I'll always do my best to make it work.
