Futurity began with a love of New Quay. When I found this house, just up from the harbour, I knew it could be something special — not a traditional seaside guesthouse, but a fresh, comfortable, genuinely welcoming place to come back to after a day on the coast.
I’ve spent months refurbishing it from top to bottom: — state of the art flooring & lighting, new bathrooms, climate control, orthopaedic beds, & the garden. The name says it all, really — Futurity is about looking forward.

Every room comes with its own dedicated off-road space. In a coastal village where parking can be a genuine stress, this matters.
Dogs genuinely welcome
Not just "allowed" — genuinely planned for. Enclosed garden, ground-floor room option, no extra charge and no guilt.
Boutique, not corporate
I'm not a pub chain. Not a holiday park. Not a rural retreat miles from the water. I'm a boutique B&B host designed around staying well.
No fixed breakfast times
Self-serve breakfast is ready when you are. Coastal holidays should be relaxed — I built that into the way the B&B works.
Walk to the dolphins
Cardigan Bay's bottlenose dolphins are practically neighbours. The harbour is a short walk away, and I know the best spots.
